Step outside and look around with the intention of noticing shapes and patterns. Look up - find the shapes within a tangle of tree branches. Look down - see the rounded horizon where white snow meets what's beyond. The spiral of a shell, the crystal perfection of a snowflake. Organic geometry.
There is geometry in the humming of the strings, there is music in the spacing of the spheres. -Pythagoras
Living so closely with Nature for thousands and thousands of years, our ancestors were always surrounded by Nature's geometry. The human body has been conditioned by these forms, yet our modern artificial environments are often devoid of these natural shapes. These patterns that shape the universe have the ability to bring balance and harmony to our spaces and to our inner selves.
Pythagoras believed
All is Geometry. In your most-inhabited spaces, look around. What shapes surround you? What shapes can you create?
Our Sand meditationBowls are an easy, and eco-friendly, way to bring the nourishing energy of organic geometry into your everyday experience. We'll be discussing some of Nature's powerful shapes in detail, their history and ways you can use them in your life to bring emotional balance and physical healing.
